Abstract: Using enzyme labeled immuno assay, the procedures of screening the clones of albumin cDNA from a library of human hepatic cells were reported. These selected clones were identified with immunological method and res- triction enzymes digestion, of the seven positive clones, the sum of three overlaps the whole length of coding region of albumin.
