Abstract: The microscopic changes of the arterial tissues which are near the burned area and no damges observed with naked eyes were examined with semi-and ultra-thin sections, In the blood vessel walls, there are vacuoles which are formed by molecular gasfication in the cell and mesenchyme besides, These vacuoles concentrate in the surface of the vessel walls, they can give rise to separation of surface even though the tissue is in the process regenerative repair, To do arterial anastomosis at this area can lead to the complication of thrombosis after clinical operation, This article has discussed the pathogenesis of gasfication.
