Studies on the Effects of the Secreta of Human Colonic a Denocarcinoma HT-29 Cell Line on the Mouse Fibroblasts

Abstract

Abstract: In the investigation of the effects of the seereta of human adenocarcinoma HT-29 cell line on mouse kidney fibroblasts, we identified that the extract of the cultured, HT-29 cell line in serum-free medium induced not only morpho-logical changes of fibroblasts in vitro, but also caused very longer survival time of fibroblasts than control group. Analysis of the extract with polyacry-lamide gel electrophoresis and chromatography revealed that it contained 3 peptides. The moleoular weight of each paptide is approximately 38904、25704 and 15311 respectively.
