Abstract: The effect of macrophage activity in mice induced by arabinomannan polysaccharide determined by chemiluminescence showed that arabinomanna polysaccharide might enhance the activity stimulated by Staphaureus and S180 ascites tumor cells.The result pointed out that this preparation might be used as a non-specific immunopotentiator and may kill tumor cells.
