Abstract: The primordial germ cells (PGCs) of mouse embryo could be divided into three kinds by their size. It's defined that middle and small PGCs start increasing in two or three days. In vitro culture it looks like big PGCs.PGCs grow suspended in the 6th or 7th days. It's unknown that PGCs in vitro can propagate (reproduce).Somatic cells can grow luxumantly on the wall.Generally it dies at the same time as PGCs.
