Abstract: Rheumatoid factor(RF)was detected on synovialis of 20 patients with rheumatoid arthritis by immunohistochemical method.IgM RF and IgG RF positive rate was 60% and 45% respectively.According to the clinical laboratory tests and pathological examination,the detection of RF on synovialis is considered as an useful diagnosis for rheumatoid arthritis in same specimen,especially as a crucial test to except the other inflammative arthritis in the application of arthcope.
