Abstract: The effect of MPS on anti-SRbc antibody forming cells in mice was tested by haemoly-tic plaque method.The result showed that MPS may enhance the antibody production in mice spleen cells as compared with the controls(P<0.001).It indicated that MPS might enhance the resistant ability of patients with infective desease and increase the antibody response after immunization.
