Bone Marrow Cell Chromosome Aberration Caused by Phenytion Sodium in Mice

Abstract: We studied the effect of phenytion sodium in causing bone marrow cell chromosome aberration in mice.The result showed that the degree of medullary cell chromosome aberra-tion caused by phenytion sodium was increased with the increase of dosage,and there was significant defference between each experimental group and control group.
