Abstract: According to the Lobb and Fett's mehtod,endothelial cell growth factor has been puri-fied homogeneously from bovine brain by heparin affinity chromatograph in our labratory. The results of culturing human umbilical vein endothelial cells show that our purifed en-dothelial cell growth factor is highly effective in stimulating the growth of endothelial cells.
