Abstract: Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) is a most potent vasodilator. It plays an important role on arrhythmia. The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of CGRP on arrhythmia caused by aconitine in heterotopic heart transplant rats. The results showed : ①Both aceptor heart and transplanted heart had very weak reaction to CGRP.This suggested that the transplant heart has less CGRP receptors than normal heart.②CGRP can induce the appearance of P wave of electrocardiogram in one transplanted heart, this involved that CGRP may have a stimulation to sinus.
