Abstract: One hundred and fifty-eight patients with hepatocholangiolithiasis were observed and treated by flexible choledochoscope since 1986.Among them, 96 cases were carried out with this method during operations.61 cases were relieved by flexible choledochoscope.Among 62 cases with hepatobiliary residue stones, 59 cases were taken out all stones with choledochofiberscope after operations.Among all cases, 5 cases failed, the success rate is 96.67%.The author suggests that the choledochofiberscope may play an important role in treatment of hepatocholangiolithiasis .
