Abstract: The antiaging effect of artificially fermented Cordyceps sinensis (AFCS) was studied in vitro .The result showed that the LPO product in homogenate of rat liver was inhibited markedly by the juice of Cordyceps sinensis in vitro with dose response effect;the LPO product in liver homogenate of mouse decreased significantly and the activity of SOD in erythrocyte of mouse increased significantly. These results implied that AFCS has an obvious antiaging effect.
