A Comparison between Two Methods for Preparing Antibodies Against Newcastle Virus

Abstract: Two methods for preparing rabbit type antibody against the New Castle Virus were reported,one being with Freund's complete adjuvant(FCA),the other without FCA.The result showed that the titer of hemagglutination inhibition antibody of the former was 1/640 while the latter was 1/2560. In conclusion,the method without FCAwas firstly selected for making rabbit type antibody against the New Castle Virus.
