Abstract: To observe the effect of beginning defibrillation on ROSC the twenty six case records including 29 attacks of ventricular fibrillation were analyzed, and their differences were checked using χ² test method. The results showed that there existed significant differences on ROSC rate between the cases whose beginning defibrillation time was 3 min or shorter and the cases whose beginning defibrillation time was longer than 3 min(P<0.05).
