Abstract: The RBC C3b receptor rosette (RBC C3bRR) and RBC immune complex rosette(RBC ICR) in rats with experimental membranous glomerulonephritis were studied. It was found that there was significant reduction of activity of the RBC C3b receptor in rats with membranous glomerulonephritis as compared with the control group. The results showed that the disturbance of RBC immune function might be related to the pathogenesis of membranous glomerulonephritis.
