Abstract: To observe the theraeutic effect of different drugs used in stellate ganglion block(SGB) on migraine, 80 patients suffering from migraine were randomly allocated into two groups. In group A STB were treated with mixture of lidocaine, vitamine B complex and txiamcinolone acetonide, while in group B nimodipine was also added. The analgesic duration and effect were measured by double blinded. The analgesic duration in group B was significantly longer than that in group A and the complete pain relieving percentage was significantly high(P<0.05) in group B.
