Abstract: The objective was to compare and investigate the interference and the difference of Creatinine's enzymatic method and kinetic Jaffe method. To measure creatinine of serum or plasma, Beckman CX 7 analyzer with Beckman reagent for kinetic Jaffe method and Randox reagent for enzymatic method were used. The interferences of lipemia, hemoglobin and bilirubin were compared. The results showed that enzymatic method was not interfered, Jaffe method was negatively affected by bilirubin(>158 μmol/L). Creatinine's enzymatic method is better than kinetic Jaffe method.
