Inducible Expression of GFP Gene in CHO Cells under Control of MT Promoter

Abstract: Eukaryotic expression vector of GFP report gene under the control of sheep MT promoter was constructed. Result showed that the GFP gene in the vector could express itself inducibly in cultured CHO cells. The expression level of GFPcould be increased by the inducement of ZnSO4.
