Abstract: In this paper, 54 cases of nasophaiyngeal haemangioma were analyzed clinically. According to the extent of extension,six clinical groupings and their respective surgical pathways were suggested. Exact pathway provided a good exposure of the tumor and facilitated its complete removal.Besides 8 measures to reduce bleeding during operation were also proposed so as to make the ope ration field cle, avoid residue and recurrence.
