摘要: 精神分裂症的病因尚未明确,认知损害是治疗精神分裂症治疗的难点和热点。因此建立可靠、可预测的认知损害动物模型,可以增加对该疾病相关神经生物学机制的了解,有助于开发针对认知损害的有效药物。本文将围绕药理学、神经发育和基因3个方面综述精神分裂症认知损害动物模型研究进展,旨在为理解和治疗精神分裂症的认知损害提供新的思路。

Abstract: The mechanism of schizophrenia is not yet precise. Cognitive impairment is a difficult point in the treatment of schizophrenia. Reliable and predictable animal models could improve understanding of the neurobiological basis of the disease, and also is crucial for developing new drugs that work better. This review will focus on pharmacological models, neurodevelopmental models and genetic models and provides ideas for studying and alleviating the cognitive impairment of schizophrenia.
