Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy with 24 Cases Report

Abstract: Laparoscopic cholecystectomies are successfully performed by us for 24 cases.It is a new, safe and effective operation.The benefits of laparoscopic cholecystectomy are minimal trauma; minimal pain; and quicker recovery.To avoid the complications; such as bile duct injury, this report describes someimportant things in the patient selection; anesthesia moni-tor; patient’s position; the trocar site; the exposure of the operation field; the anatomic dis-section; the removal of gallbladder and the training of surgeons, our new technic is a deve-loped surgical procedure.
