Abstract: In this paper,we use infant rats for epidermal floating culture and find that glysine ob-viosly enhanced the distance of epidermal cells' wandering. This effect is related to the con-centration of glycine and culture duration. The experiment indicates that glycine may proba-bly promote the wandering, thus it will be helpful for the wound healing of the skin.
