A Study of Diagnose Kidney Disease with Urine SDS-PAGE

Abstract: Urine samples of 162 cases with kidney diseases have been performed using SDS-PAGE.It was found that 102 patients(62.9%)had high molecular and/or middle proteinuria,all of which have glomerular changes clinically; 39 patients with tubular and interstitial changes(24.1%)had low molecular proteinuria;5 patients(3.2%)with pathological changes in glomerular, tubular, interstitial and etc. had mixed proteinuria; all the other 16 patients(9.8%)were in their recovery that were found to have normal urina or a small amount of low-molecular proteinuria.
