Clinical and Pathological Analysis of 23 Cases of Necrotizing Lymphadenitis

Abstract: Clinical manifestation and pathological morphology of 23 cases of necrotizing lymphadenitis were reported. This disease occurs in young female more frequently. Its chief clinical manifestations are enlargement of lymph node in neck and fever. Its histological change is complicated. The differential diagnosis must be made between necrotizing lymphadenitis and other lymphadenitis or malignant lymphoma. Biopsy of lymph node is an important diagnostic mean. The patient recovers after a self limited clinical course. Antibiotics aren′t effective regimen.
