Dynamic Traction for Postoperative Management of Flexor Tendon Repair

Abstract: Using dynamic traction as a postoperative management to rehabilitate flexor tendon function(experimental group 25 cases).The experimental group(EG)are instructed keeping the hand in a protective position and allowing the fingers to do exercise of active extension and passive flexion at the first day of the postoperation.Results: The rate of rehabilitating the reasonable hand function. Experimental group: 92%,comparison group(CG)8%(P<0.01). The rate of flexor tendon adhesion,EG 8%,CG 75%(P<0.01). Results suggest: It is curative effect and easy to application in clinical works.
