Study on the Immunity of Culture Cordyceps Sinensis Nutritional Liquid

Abstract: In order to learn the immune modulating function of the culture Cordyceps sinensis nutritional liquid,mice were fed with the culture Cordyceps sinensis nutritional liquid. Specific humoral immunity and cellular immunity functional indexes were selected to study.After the mice were fed with the culture Cordyceps sinensis nutritional liquid for 20 days,the splenic IgMPFC significantly increased as well as the titre of serume antibody and the percentage of T-lymphocyte in medium and low dose groups. All differences of delayed hypersensitivity between the treated the group and control group were no significance. The experiment suggested that the culture Cordyceps sinensis nutritional liquid had great effect on increasing mice′s humoral immunity and the positive percentage of T-lymphocyte.
