Abstract: To study the effect of nimodipine on the prevention and treatment of arrhythmia and brain water content, dynamic electrocardiogram and models of intracerebral hemorrhage were used in experimental rat.In the control group, encephalorrhagia and the treated group (encephalorrhagica+nimodi pine), premature ventricular beat were (3±5) thousands/d, (14±16) thousands/d, (7±7) thousands/d, respectively. There was no difference between the treated group and control group (P>0.05),both the control and treated group strikingly differed from encephalorrhagia group(P>0.05, P<0.01). The brain water content of encephalorrhagica group and the treated group was (81.04±0.46)% and respectively(80.60±0.58)%. There was remarkalbe difference between them (P<0.05).
