According to their clinical symptoms, AVM patients were divided into three types: severe type, cardiac arrhythmia type and single ST-T wave shift type. AVM patients were tested by clinical sign, ultrasound cardiograph, serum enzyme test and serum virus test. The clinical symptoms varied from each patients with AVM. There were severe injuries of other organs in some patiernts with AVM, and left ventricular inner diameter enlarged in a few patients with AVM, and then developed into Dilated Cardiomyopathy. Serum enzyme increased for a long time without enzyme peak changes. Positive rate was very low in serum virus test in patients with AVM. Clinical diagnose of AVM is mainly on the basis of patient's clinical signs and injuries of the myocardium.
