Abstract

Abstract: The object was to study the mechanism of promoting spinal cord regeneration and repair in rats with SCI after spinal cord injury by fluorescence immunohistochemical method combined with laser scanning confocal microscopy. The results indicated that the up-regulation of c-Jun was heightened in dorsal root ganglia of the injury side by the administration of SCI and the number of nerve cells with intact nuclear in SCI administration group was higher. This study showed that SCI could regulate c-Jun expression and promote regeneration of the spinal cord.
