Abstract: Objective To detect the effect of Qishenhuoxue Granule(QHG) combined with fluconazole on the immune function of mice with systemic C. albicans(CA) infection. Methods Deep CA infection mice model were established by injecting standard strain of CA via caudal vein, and were divided into 4 groups at random, treated by gastrogavage with normal saline(group B), fluconazole(FCZ)+QHG(group C), fluconazole(FCZ groupD), and a blank group(group A) with normal mice for control. The MHC Ⅱ positive rate expressed on monocyte and the content of interleukin 2(IL-2) in blood serum were tested pretherapy and on the first day, the third day, the fifty day and the seventh day after treatment. Results QHG can increase MHC Ⅱ expressed on the monocyte and the level of IL-2 in serum. Conclusion The effect of QHG combined with FCZ is better than that of FCZ only, and one of the possible leven mechanism is to strengthen anti-infection ability of mice by regulating immunologic system.
Key words: Qishenhuoxue granule, MHC Ⅱ, IL-2
