Abstract: We studied the morphological and biological character of the gametogony of mosquito stage of Plasmodium gallinaceum. The result of these experiments showed that morphology of various developmental stages in infected Aedes albopiclus Were described and measured as follows: Microgametes is filament-shaped, 23μm, one end is blunt round, the other end is slender sharp; macrogametes and zygotes is round or oral, 4～7μm, 4～4×4～6μm; mature ookinetes is banana-shaped, 18～19×3～4μm. The biological character of exflagellation of microgametocyte, fertilization of mierogametes and the formation of zygoteookinnele were observed and discribed initially.
