Abstract: Objective To study the correlation between haemodynamics and sex hormone concentrations in mice with premature ovarian insufficiency (POI).Methods BALB/c female mice model of POI was established by multiple sites subcutaneous injection of zona pellucida 3 of mice, and then ovaries were observed by applying ultrasound meanwhile hemodynamics changes were recorded by ultrasound color doppler. Finally, mice serum was taken to be detected. Results Under the images of ultrasound, ovaries of mice in model group experience the volume decrease, follicle decrease and low blood flow. Compared to the blank group, mice of model group have lower pulsatility index (PI), higher resistance index (RI) and an ascending trend of pulse pressure (PP). Moreover, the follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) in mice of model group had a significant difference (P<0.05) compared to the blank group. Then, through the correlation test between haemodynamics and sex hormone concentrations, there was a significant difference in PP and FSH (P<0.05).Conclusion The PP in haemodynamics and FSH in sex hormone concentrations have a significant difference and it can provide the base for dynamic observation in course of treatment.
