The One-Plane Lateral Instability of Knee Joint Treated with Modified Ellison Operation

Abstract: There are two kinds of one-plane lateral instability of knee joint e. g.0 degree and 30 degree flexine.The cause was lateral structure laxity. This paper reports eight cases treated with Modify Ellison Operation. refered to 30 degree flexine instability The average follow-up period was 31 months(18—46mos).The effect is excellent.
