Ultrastructure of B Lymphocytoid Cell Lines of Patients with Diabetes

Abstract

Abstract: Blymphocytoid cell lines of 8 patients with diabetes and 2 Control have been studied.It was found that the ultrastructure of Blymphocytoid cell line from patients with diabetes, was different from PHA-stimulated lymphocytoid cell and Burkitt's lymphomd cells,but it was similar to EBV-carring diploid lymphoblastoid cells in literature published.Significant pleomorphism,more active cell division,proliferation,motility and phagocytosis have been observed in these cell lines.
