Abstract: This article deals with the links between three gastrointestino-hormones and irritable ulcer in“cold-ties”induced ulcer model. Our experiment indicated that: ①The serum gastrin levels of the stress group were significantly higher than that of the control. This might be due o the excitement of vagus nerve under stress.② The serum levels of somatostatin in stress group were lower than that of the control ,this indicated that the inhibihition of somatostatin in gastro-secretin was reduced which in turn caused hyperhydrochloria.③The serumglucagon correlated positively with serum gastrin level and negatively with blood sugar. These peptides might function as gastrointestinal hormones and neurotransmitters in the CNSand peripheral nervous system.

Key words: stress ulcer, gastrin, glucagon, somatostatin
