Abstract: The pulmonary circulatory functions were investigated in 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)by right chest electro-admittance technique. The result showed that in left ventricular failure group(Killip Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ grade)the Q-j (PEP) prolonged.j-z(RVET)shortened, Q-j/j-z (RSTI)and, hc/hz (preload) increased sighificantly as compared with those in normal group (P<0.01).The abnormality rate of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and RSTI detected by M-type ultrasonic cardiography are definitly higher than normal group(t=2.81, P<0.01).The study suggested that pulmonary circuiatory function technique is useful to assess the status of cardiac function of AMI patient sensitively.
