Abstract: The aim was to observe the effects of liposomes containing thrombolysis dosage connected with blood platelet membrane glycoprotein as thrombolysis homing equipment on dissolving thrombus. The common abdomenal artery thrombus model was established with FeCl 3.Different thrombolysis dosage was from femoral vein: ①buffer(PBS), ②5.2×104 IU/kg urokinase (UKl), ③15.6×104 IU/kg urokinase, ④5.2×104 IU/kg mixture of urokinase, liposomes and RGDS, ⑤ The mixture of liposomes encapsulating 5.2×104 IU/kg urokinase and RGDS, ⑥ the coupler of liposomes and RGDS enwrapping 5.2×104 IU/kg urokinase.Blood pressure, wet weight of thrombus and morphologic changes in UKh and U-L-R groups differed greatly from other groups. The results show liposomes as the carrier of medicine has better target anti-thrombus effect after RGDS modifies it.
