Abstract: The aim was to evaluate the precious localization of femoral venous and arterious thrombus targeted by ^99mTc monoclonal antibody.Antibody labeled with ^99mTc-anti-D-dimer was administrated into femoral vein and artery of the rabbits that were subjected to the thrombotic operation.Using radioimmunoimaging technique, the distribution, blood flow and radio-specificity of ^99mTc-anti-D-dimer within thrombus were analyzed both in intact and thrombolized animals.Results: ^99mTc-anti-D-dimer was specifically concentrated in thrombus, not in clamp and normal side.In addition, no abnormal reaction resulted from the injection of ^99mTc-anti-D-dimer and no pathologic changes in main organs were found.Conclusion: the ^99mTc-labeled anti-D-dimer antibody will be one of potentially tools for experimental thrombus diagnosis.
