Abstract: In order to explore the effect of mobile telephone microwave radiation on mouse, the expression of synthase(NOS) in hippocampus and cerebellum and the changes of primary organs of mouse was studied following exposure to the mobile telephone microwave radiation.SP immunohistochemical staining was employed to detect the expression of NOS; HE staining was used to observe histopathological changes.Compared with normal control group, the intensity of positive staining in cerebellum was increased after exposure to microwave radiation(450, 870, 2 450 MHz).The expression of NOS in hippocampus and the primary organs of mouse had no obvious change. The results indicate the increase of NOS expression in cerebellum possibly has effect on the function of cerebellum of mouse after exposure to microwave radiation, but further discussion and investigation is necessary.
