Abstract: The cortex and medula of the adrenal glands can be observed day 1th after birth. The cortex consists of the gloerlosal, fasciculatal and reticularal zonae. The 3β-hydroxy steroid de-hydroenase(3β-HSDH)and adiposes were rich in all zonae. After days 35th at birth, the males were different from the females. The cortex of females were three zonae too,but the reticularal zonae were thinner than days 35th before. The 3β-HSDH and adiposes showed weakly. In males, reticularal zonae did not showed.Between the fasciculatal zonae and medul-la there is a connective tissue's membrane which membrane did not contain the 3β-HSDH and the adipose.
