Clinical Analysis of Acute Myocardial Infarction in Patients Below 40 Years

Abstract: We report that a follow-up study for 86 cases of young acute myocardial infarction(AMI)has been conducted for 25 years.The age ranged from 25~40 years with a mean of 38.2.There were 74 men and 12 women.Their prognosis of acute phase was very good and complication was low.Their survival rate of acute phase,5 years,10 years and 25 years were 95.3%,81.4%,74.4%,and 58.1% respectively.
