Abstract: Choice of the filtering function in single photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) is of great clinical importance and will significantly affect the quality of the tomographic image.11 normal subjects and 22 patients with coronary arterial disease were studied using 201Tl SPECT imaging.Hamming Hann filter was compared with Wiener filter in the reconstruction of SPECT imaging. The purpose of this study was to select an optimum filter for 201Tl myocardial tomography.
