Abstract:

This experiment purified the specific antigen of injured endothelial cells, and then prepared corresponding antibody with immunological methods, and linked it to urokinase. In the animals their vascular endothelial cells were made experimental injuried, we treated them separately with the antibody which was linked to urokinase, simple specific antibody. These animals were morphologically observed after they were killed, the results show that there was marked difference of the degree of thrombosis within blood vessels,it was notable in the former and lightly in the latter. This method can prophylactic thrombosis and can not induce secondary hemorrhage.

Key words: injuried endothelial specific antigen, thrombosis, urokinase
