The Long-Term Observation of Duodenal Ulcer with Helicobacter Pylori

Abstract

Abstract: In order to investigate the long-term curative effect of lansoprazole with other two antibiotics and bismuthi subcitras colloidal(De-Nol) respectively on duodenal ulcer. 65 DU patients with helicobacter pylori infection (urease test and histology for HP) were randomly divided into two groups. All of the patients were reexamined with gastroscopy and ¹³C-UBT in the 1th, 6th and 12th month after the therapeutic course. The eradication of HP was higher in lansoprazole with other two antibiotics than that of De-Nol, and the recurrence rates was very low.
