Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of midazolam only (Ⅰgroup) 、propofol only (Ⅱ group) and midazolam combined with propofol (Ⅲgroup) on circulation ,stress and awakening time.Afterinduction SBPdecreased significantly in Ⅰand Ⅱgroups, butthere was no remarkable changein Ⅲgroup. The circulation was stable during anesthesia maintenance.Ⅱand Ⅲgroups had approximate awakening time (Ⅱgroup 5 ~13 min, Ⅲgroup 7 ~20 min) and Ⅰgroup was 35 ~80 min.Angitensin Ⅱand aldosteronelevels changed greatly than pre anesthesiai, but there was only little change in Ⅱand Ⅲgroups.Midazolam combined with propofol not only had cooperated effects but also could overcome each defect. It was a selectable anesthesia method for clinical use.
