30 patients were treated endometrium because bleeding after mifepristone induced abortion.The sections of abstracted endometra were showed by im m unocytochemical method.The abstracted tissue contained normal endometriu m ,remaining decidua and a small amount of chorion villi.hPLlocated in trophoblasts of remaining chorion villi,trophoblastic pieces and trophoblastic bulbs of the endometrium and decidua.There were a lot of hPLpositive extravillous trophoblastsin remaining decidua. The trophoblastic bulbs and extravillous trophoblasts could transfer to distant placees and become cancer cells.To show hPLpositive cellin abstracted tissues would help us to detecttrophoblastic proliferating and trophoblastic cancer at the righttime.

Coronal sections of the normal rat′s brain′s were observed by perfusion with a mixture of prepared Chinese ink and gelatin ,staining the blood vessels with 3-3′diamino benzidine (DAB) and benzidine dihydrochloride (BDHC) respectively.The microangioarchitecture of the thalamus, basal nucleiand internal capsule in rat was studied and its OD(optical density) was measured by the Leica microspectroscopy. Results showed that the capillary network from different neural structures anastomosed in to meshes of different forms and their densities varied differently.The capillary network ofthe thalamus was rich and complex.The capillary network ofthe caudate putamen and globus pallidus of the basal nuclei was similar and the meshes smaller. The capillary network oftheinternalcapsule was arranged in the same direction of the internal capsule′s peduncle ,their diameters were a little bit larger than others. The capillary network density of each nucleus was denser than that of the neurofibrillar areas.

To clone the gene of human glial cell line-derived neurotropic factor for researching its effects in the nervous system diseases PCR primers were synthesized based on the hGDNF cDNA sequence, RT PCR and PCR were performed respectively on RNA and genomic DNA extracted from fetal brain.The PCR frag ment was subcloned into pGEM-T easy vector and then was confirmed by DNA sequencing.Results : The length of the two DNA fragments amplified by RNA and genomic DNA was both 410 bp.There was no difference between them.Restriction digests were analyzed to determine insert orientation.the fragment DNA sequences were homology with corresponding sequences published in Genebank.Conclusion :The hGDNF fragment has nointron because RT PCR and PCR am plifications are the same size ,thisfragment can be used in eukaryotic and prokaryotic gene expression.

In order to learn the circumstance of air pollution in the restaurants utilizing indoor “barbecue”type cooking anditsinfluence on human′s health ,restaurants using differenttypes offuelfor indoor “barbecue”type cooking were choosed and the air quality and im mune function examinations of the restaurant employees were monitored.CO was markedly higher than standard levels during the busy periods ,especially in restaurants using gas as the fuel more obviously than those using electricity.Air impurities and bactieria levels were also above standard levels.This was because there were too many peoplein the restaurant, people were moving about too much ,the ventilation was insufficient and the restaurant,generally, was not clean enough.The restaurant em ployee′s content of slaver lysozyme and T lymphocyte were not seen to be changed.

In order to investigate characteristic of migrating motor complex (MMC) in health and diabetic patients ,51 type Ⅱdiabetes patients (NIDDM) and 16 healthy volunteers were studied after an overnight fast by means of 6 channel computerized manometry of antroduodenal region for at least 240 min.The results showed that phase Ⅲofthe MMCoriginated in the antru m in 14/51(27.5 %) of the diabetic patients, which was significantly less than thatin 12/16(75.0 %) of the healthys(P< 0.01).Phase Ⅲwas absentin 21/51(41.1 %) ofthe patients and in 2/16(12.5 %) ofthe controls (P< 0.05).The amplitude of phase Ⅲin antru m was lower in the diabetic group than that in the control 〔(8.1 ± 3.5) kPa vs (10.5 ±3.1) kPa, P< 0.05〕. Period of phase Ⅱwas also longer in the diabetes patients than normal subjects 〔(27.9 ±13.1) min vs (19.9 ±6.1) min ,P< 0.01〕.Phase Ⅱand phase Ⅲwere all absent in 6/51(11.8 %) of the diabetic patients during 240 min, but it was not obseved in the controls. The results of this study demonstrated that about 70 % NIDDM patients had abnormal MMC even before the clinicalsym ptoms of gastroparesis occured ,and the gastrodudenal manometry might be an useful method in the early diagnosis of diabetic gastrointestinal dismotility.

The relationship between sensitized lym phocytes and early rejection of recipient was studied by detecting sensitized lymphocyte of 41 cases before and after renaltransplantation.The results showed that 14 cases out of 41 recipients suffered from acute rejections. Before operation ,the mean OD value of sensitized lym phocyte was 0.56 ±0.20 in rejections cases(14 cases) ,0.56 ±0.23 in infection cases (5 cases) ,and 0.32 ±0.05 in stable renal function cases (22 cases) ;after operation ,the values changed to 0.64 ±0.19 ,0.46 ±0.07 ,and 0.38 ±0.08 respectively.In acute rejection phase ,the above values altered dramatically before and aftertreatment of ATG. The result suggested thatit was helpfulto predict the early rejection following renal transplantation by detecting the status of recipients sensitized ly mphocytes preoperatively and postoperatively.It was also guidable for the treatment of ATG.

In order to learn the match rate of random matching HLA of the donor orcipients and provide some base date for widespread use of organ transplantation.The antigens matching of HLA A、B and DRofthe dornor recipients were studiedin 336 cases ofrenaltransplantation.The 6、5、4、3、2、1 and 0 mismaching rate were 24.40%、33.33%、27.68%、11.91%、2.68%、0 and 0, respectively.One antigen mismatch rate was 49.7%、27.7% and 31.8% at HLA-A、Band DR antigens ,respectively.Two antigens mismatching rate was 4.76%、2.08% and 3.27% at HLA-A、B and DR antigens, respectively.This study showed that complete matching was rare of six and five HLAantigens and two HLAantigens matching was also rare of HLA-A、Band DRin renaltransplantation.

To explore whether combined spinal epidural anesthesia (CSEA) applies to renal homotransplantation. Forty four patients undergoing renal homotransplantation were ad mitted to this study.In 22 patients used CSEA (group A), while the other 22 patients used continuous epidural anesthesia as control (group B).Group A had much more rapid than group B(P< 0.01).The two groups had similar influence on cardiovascular system (P> 0.05).Furthermore, no complain of the incidence of postdural puncture headache in the group A. The results showed that CSEAis one of safety and reliable anesthesia for renal homotransplantation.

Forth nine cases ofirritable bowelsyndrome presenting with diarrhea or constipation and 10 normalcontrols were tested by the lactulose hydrogen breath test to determine the oral cecal passage time,and bacterial overgrowth in the intestines was examined as well;the positive rates were noted.Positive cases were treated with prepulsid for 1 week ,and the pre and post treatment passage times were com pared. The passage times in both the constipation and the diarrhea types of the irritable bowel syndrome were prolonged versus controls (P< 0.05) ,butthere was no differencein the rates of bacterial overgrowth in the intestines between the two types (P>0.05).Oral cecal passage times and clinical sym ptoms were significantly improved after treatment versus pre treatment (P< 0.05).Intestinal moti lity disturbance could lead to bacterial overgrowth, which might be a pathogenic factor in the irritable bowel syndrome.The lactulose hydrogen breath test was an observation parameter to judge clinical therapeutic efficacy.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of lumbrokinase on hyperfibrinogenemia.Patients with hyperfibrinogenemia were orally ad ministered lum brokinase six tablets per day for three weeks.Seru m fibrinogen level was examined before and after treatment. Compared with the control groups which were given antilipemia or (and) antiplatelet aggregation drugs, serum fibrinogen inlumbrokinase treated group significantly decreased two weeks after treatment in a time related manner 〔Before treatment (5.34 ±0.89) g/L,two weeks aftertreatment (4.33 ±1.09) g/L,three weeks after treatment (3.71 ±0.48) g/L〕. These results showed that lumbrokinase could relieve hyperfibrinogenemia,therefore the formation of thrombi would be decreased.Lum brokinase which had less side effects could be considered as a preventive drug of coronary atherogenesis disease.

The purpose of this study was to compare the curative effect and the medicalexpenditure of sequentialtherapy with intravenous infusion of ceftriaxone followed by oralceftibuten and intravenous infusion of ceftriaxone alone in treatment of 34 patients with medium or serious lower respiratory infection.The resultsshowed that :The over alleffective rate ofthe sequential group and theintravenous infusion alone group was 88.24 % ,there was no difference between two group (P>0.05) ;the total medical expenditure ofthe sequential group and the intravenous infusion alone group was (2 165.36 ± 539.78) yuan and (2 698.14 ±765.84) yuan respectively ,there was statistical difference between two groups (P< 0.05).Sequentialtherapy and intravenousinfusion alone have similar clinical efficacy.But the sequential therapy compared with intravenous infusion alone reduced medical expenditure significantly.

To study clinical and endoscopic feature and possible pathogenesis of hepatogenous peptic ulcer(HPU), The endoscopic and clinical materials were analysed and microelements of 164 patients with chronicliver diseases and 36 patients with acute hepatitis were detected by WFX 1Datomic absorption spectrophotometry.The incidence of HPU was 40 %.Of them, Duodenal ulcer accounted for 88.8 %.Average age was 46.8 year old.Atypicalsy mptomtic HPU was observed.Seru m Zn was decreased(P < 0.05) and Fe wasslightly increased(P < 0.05).The positive relationship between theincidence of HPU and the degree ofliver diseases was observed.The resultshowed that HPUdiffered from com mon peptic ulcer,and the pathogenesisis unclear.It was may be results from increased attactfactors and decreased protect factors in patients with chronicliver diseases.

Tvector clones of HBV surface antigen of adr subtype which contain preS2 region were constructed and nucleic acid sequence was analyzed.Sera from hepatitis B patients were digested by protease Kand HBVgenomes were extracted by phenol and chloroform.The target gene was am plified from HBVgenome and PCR products were collected by agrose gel electrophoresis. The am plified gene was digested with agrase and ligated with Tvector directly.The ligation products were transformed into E.coli DH10b and the target sequence was analyzed.The results showed that 3 positive PCR products were obtained from 10 HBVgenomes ,and the positive clones belonged to HBVadr subtype ,there was more than 99.6 % homology with the published clone adr-1 and these clones provided a perfect contribution to the expression of vaccine and HBVadr subtype specialty.

A method of com bined motor and somatosensory evoked potentials was used to continuously monitor in spinal cord surgery and 13 patients were obtained.The result showed that com bined MEP and SEP monitoring could truely indicate the integrity of spinal cord functions, MEPs were more valid than SEPs, but SEPs were more sensitive, the changes of EPs were related to the pathology and anatomy of spinal cord diseases, the gradual improvement of SEPs presaged good prognosis.

5 cases of intracranial yolk sac tumors were researched and compared from testis yolk sac tumors. Morphological and immunohistochemical stain feature was observed with light microscopy. Microscopically there was a characteristic pattern with Schiller-Dural bodies, vacuolated network and solid nodular areas. Hyaline globules were also observed. With the immunoperioxidase technique, 5 cases AFP-positive, 3 cases PLAP-positive and 3 cases SP1-positive could be located in the tumor cells. HCG was all negative in 5 cases. Intracranial yolk sac tumor was frequently mixed with teratoma and germinoma. There was no observable difference between intracranial yolk sac tumor from testis yolk sac tumor, wherever morphological feature and immunohistochemical characterization.

In order to investigate the effects of midazolam only (Ⅰgroup) 、propofol only (Ⅱ group) and midazolam combined with propofol (Ⅲgroup) on circulation ,stress and awakening time.Afterinduction SBPdecreased significantly in Ⅰand Ⅱgroups,butthere was no remarkable changein Ⅲgroup.The circulation was stable during anesthesia maintenance.Ⅱand Ⅲgroups had approximate awakening time (Ⅱgroup 5 ～13 min, Ⅲgroup 7 ～20 min) and Ⅰgroup was 35 ～80 min.Angitensin Ⅱand aldosteronelevels changed greatly than pre anesthesiai,but there was only little change in Ⅱand Ⅲgroups.Midazolam combined with propofol not only had cooperated effects but also could overcome each defect.It was a selectable anesthesia method for clinical use.

Toinvestigate effect of vaginalgroup B streptococcalcarrierstate (GBS) in gravid women at term on mother infant. GBS was screened in discharge of 102 gravid women′s vaginal secretion at term and infant′s mouth ear secretion.The prevalence of GBSin these gravid women and their newborn was 32.4 %, 60.6 %, mainly associated with obesity, glucose intolerance.The incidence of puerperal infection was higherin women with GBSthan those without GBS(P< 0.05).It was alsofound thatthere were moreinfant infections in GBSpositive group than in GBSnegative group, however no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).The resuts showed that Gravid women with GBSare associated with maternal and newborn infection.Itis necessary to screen and treatrationally GBSatterm.

Secondary IOLimplantation was performed on 13 aphakic eyes devoid of posterior capsule, 6 eyes of which with AC IOLand 7 eyes with suspending PC IOL. The postoperative follow up was more than 1 year.Postoperative naked visualacuity was enhanced significantly compared with the preo perativ ,while corrected visual acuity was better than 1.0 in 4 eyes and 0.5 in 9 eyes. Both methods were safe and efficient. Signs of aphakia and the advantage and disadvantage of suspending PC IOLor AC IOL were emphasized in choosing operation method.
