Abstract

Abstract: The objective was to study the expression of HSP70 in human hepatocarcinoma. HSP70 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry, and its characters were analyzed by CMIAS. Of 25 cases of HCC, all showed HSP70 positive staining, and the expression characters were different. The HSP70 expressed in HCC was heterogenous which was shown in the cytoplasm,cell membrane and nuclus.The expression of HSP70 in HCC will help the preparing of tumor vaccine.
