Paying Attention to Immunorejection in Intracephalic Transplantation

Abstract: The serum antibodies to HLA-A,B,C and DR which are on T and B lymphatic cells were examined by complement-depending standard method of NIH, which serum were tak-en from 7 patients who had received intracephalic transplantation of fetal adrenal medullary tissue.Every serum sample was mixed with T and B lymphocytes of 16 normal persons to perform micro-cytoxin reaction.The result presented postitive HLA-DR reaction in the serum from a patient.It showed that the rejection should be on regard in engaging intra-cephalic transplantation of fetal tissue clinically and should give more attention to immunore-jection.
