Prevention Experience of Complications of Selective Coronary Angiography

Abstract

Abstract: Selective coronary angiography(SCA)is very accurate diagnostic method for coronary heart disease.To evaluate the safety of SCA.Severe complications of 373 patients with SCA were analysed.Ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation 6 cases, acute myocardial infarction 2 patients ,arterial thrombus 2 cases,location hematoma 26 cases,arterial dissection 1 case.To reduce the complication of SCA,we must abide the rule as follows:1.To understand the patient’s information;2.to abide by operation precedures;3.to observe closely the changes of aorta arterial presure and electrocardiogram during SCA; 4.to shorten the operation time of SCA.
