Abstract: Campared between the FSRT and HSD for the lethal effects and the inhibiting action on BT325 in vitro. The results show FSRT' s lethal effects in same as HSD' s 5×109~4.3×107/L; 5×109~4.0 ×107/L respectively (P>0.05 ).As to the inhibiting action, the former is better than the latter, MTT OD 0.006± 0.001; 0.160 ±0.020, respectively (P<0.01 ).Demonstrate that the lethal effects of FSRT and HSD for tumor is same, the FSRT's tumor inhibiting action is better than the HSD's in vitro.
